At this year's summer school, the children will experience life as their great grandparents lived it. It will be a blast! Four days filled with fun and exciting activities for children in the age from 7-11.
Learn how your great grandparents lived their every day life in the start of the 20th century, how they lived and earned their money, and how they cooked back then - we will try and make Danish meatballs (frikadeller) on an open fire.
You can also say hi to the mini horse Lady, and learn how important horses was for the life of farming at that time - what does a horse eat, and how do you take good care of it.
We round off the day with a treasure hunt - with exciting tasks and challenges revolving around farm life in the good old days.
The summer school takes place four days, Monday June 29th - Thursday July 2nd. All days from 9-12 am.
All in all - the children are in for a couple of fun and educational days together with the staff of Museum MOSS and local volunteers!
